Delay management: Unplanned deferment of a scheduled activity because of something or occurrence that impedes its commencement or continuation. Delay usually has time-associated cost effects on a contract which may be measured in terms of time, money, or a combination thereof.

  • Creating delay status codes;
  • Creating delay reason codes;

Export to Microsoft Excel

The function is used to export selected data to Microsoft Excel.


This button is used to update/change the delay detail status or record status.


This button is a document handling function.

Note : Find (Filter on Delay code or any other filter fields available)

The filter function can be used to find specific delay record through pre-defined criteria.

Delay code

This field is a unique delay reason code that was created to define the delay detail.

Delay status

The field defines the current status of the registered delay record for a specific scheduled task.

Delay feedback

Short feedback description of the delay reason and the update of why the delay occurred.

Delay module

This field defines the module task against which the delay was registered. (For example: Operations execution, maintenance execution, risk task or incident.)

Execution Specific ID

This field defines the execution specific registration identification for the origin task (Operations or Maintenance) from where the delay was registered.

Risk ID

This field defines the risk registration identification for the origin task (Risk) from where the delay was registered.


This field defines the incident registration identification for the origin task (Incidents) from where the delay was registered.
