Use this form to create and maintain the list of warehouses that will be used in the system. Warehouses can be defined as a geographical location or a particular function which can be stores or warehouses that supply the organisations with stock/spares. Warehouses are linked to Items to identify item location and to Organisations to set up a supply structure.

This form (and associated tables) is part of the interface between 360° Strategic Asset Management and your ERP system. If you have an ERP and electronic interface in place this form and associated tables will be populated from the ERP, the Stock and Warehouse Management model. In the latter instance the ERP will be the master of the bespoke information and the form will only be for viewing purposes.

Control name



Create a new warehouse record.


Delete a warehouse record.

Create a warehouse location for a warehouse.

Record Status

The function is used to change current status of the Record.

Field description

Warehouse Code

Define a warehouse code for a specific warehouse.

Warehouse description

Define the warehouse code with a detail description of the warehouse.

Location Code

Select the location code from the lookup to define the physical location of the warehouse.

Location Structure Code

This field is the structure position for the object. The code uniquely identifying the position of the item in the structure and is user definable. A Structure code of “0” is automatically allocated by the system for the top (Highest level) of every object.

Record Status

Shows the current status of the record. The status can be changed with the Change Status function.
