The main purpose of this function is to provide feedback on events in progress. Feedback can be done on all resources linked to an event. This includes:

  • Hours used per individual person (for example: Contractor, Tradesman/Technician)
  • Hours used per individual Facility and Special Tools/Equipment
  • Quantity material used
  • Revenue spent per contractor
  • Revenue spent on other unclassified resources
  • The Work Order on which feedback must be done must be selected in the field primary ID that identifies the Work Order No. Only jobs in a status of “In Progress” will be available for selection. After a Work Order was selected for feedback the related detail for the selected Work Order will be displayed.
  • The upper section provides information on the maintenance operation whilst the lower section displays in tabular form resource information. Various buttons provides summary information to other related forms.

Customer contract ID

Select the field that is used as a unique identifier for identifying the new customer Contract.

Contract ID

This field is used as a unique identifier for identifying the new Contract.

Mandatory feedback ind

If this field is ticked, it will filter only the contracts that needs feedback on the contract specific line.

Customer code

Select the Customer code for the Contract if a customer is linked to a contract.

Internal accounting org

Select from the available lookup list the internal accounting organisation to be used for accounting purposes.

Start date

This field define the planned date when the contract has started.

End date

This field define the planned date when the contract must end.

Contract ID

This field is used as a unique identifier for identifying the new Contract.

Contract Description

Short detail description of the Contract.

Specific ID

This field defines the specific asset's detail that will be allocated to this contract, for example Toyota Hilux 2.7 with registration number XX 00 XX GP. The specific ID is selected once the specific can be added and associated with the selected object type. This will be added once the contract is accepted by the customer/client and the contract is ready to go into progress.

Customer Code

 The code displays the Customer code for the Contract if a customer is linked to a contract. To see more detail of the customer, hover over the customer code and the customer name will be displayed

Customer Name

This displays the Customer Name for the Contract

Resource code

This is a code uniquely identifying the resource. The value displayed in this field will be according to the resource type. For example, if Resource type = Material, an Item number will be displayed.

Line Description

 Display the line description for the resource.

QTY UOM

The measure used to indicate the quantities in which the resource will be utilised.

Feedback value

Enter the feedback value for the resource line on the contract specific.

Journal value

Once the feedback is committed, the journal value will update from the feedback value.
